I had such a bad experience with this school. They are only focused on money. They charged us wrongly and finding ways to put more Bills into our account. They charged us a lumpsome money and wanted us to pay all at once. We are still making payments on this even after 6 months .They threatened us and we had to withdraw my kid in the middle of the school year. When there was only one month left, they didnt allow her to finish the school year. Very caring and considerate no?It was a shame, how they treated us. I sent my other 3 kids to different schools and never had anything bad like this happened. Be considerate of others and treat us with respect . Employ people who knows math and how to bill property . It is not our fault , how you do not know the basics.

We were horrified at the schools response after a school-approved chaperone put hands on another student. On a personal level, we loved the teachers at Villa. By in large, they seemed committed to the Montessori way of teaching. Unfortunately, the school is run as a dictatorship and all must defer to its director who seems to have no interest in any input (other than financial) from parents. The icing on the cake was when our sons friend was manhandled by another parent on a school trip. Was he saving the child from a dangerous fall, you ask? Protecting him from a wild animal? No! The chaperone tried to physically force the child to be in a photo in which the child did not want to participate. The victims parent went to the administration, but there was no action. The school really had ZERO followup after the chaperone that the school authorized to supervise on an overnight trip laid hands on another persons child! I know that the child has since transferred to another grade school (and little wonder, when you cant feel safe in your own school!)I myself have been on a trip with kids and the school still has not instituted any parent meetings detailing what is and what is not appropriate behavior. The school never spoke to the children who witnessed this man grab the boy. It was all very disappointing and unnerving to the children (including mine) who saw what happened and saw there were NO CONSEQUENCES. As much as I love Montessori, Id rather do without and be in a safer environment where the administration listens to parents and puts child safety first.

I am a fan of this school. It was a rewarding experience and I had a lot of funcwhen I went. The teachers are so supportive and give you lessons based on your level. I had an amazing time and hope Villa gets a lot of recommendations because they totally deserve it.

My daughters attended here from the toddler program until the 5th grade. Teachers and the close knit community as well as all the new construction are all fantastic with many friends and memories made. Would not have moved my daughters had it not been for a long commute from east Mesa after buying a new home.
