I recently enrolled in Ethos Academy and it has already been a great experience. My grades had been lagging at my previous school, but since coming to Ethos Academy they have improved significantly. The staff is supportive and dedicated to the students' educational success. I highly recommend this school to any child.

I have heard from my siblings about the bullying and racism they face at school; they are being pushed, their hair is being pulled, racial slurs are hurled at them, pencils thrown. Even when they try to take action themselves against their assailant, they are the one who get punished. Their friends experience similar issues too. I sent an email to the school authorities detailing these cases but I haven't received a response yet - it is high time that this issue is addressed!

I agree with Art, they are easily the worst and deny black and Latino children equal opportunity to succeed. They will send those children of color to the office a lot more than their white counterparts. If you examine records from when they first opened until now, it's noticeable that opportunities for children of color are not consistent. Additionally, this school doesn't even recognize Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday or Black History Month - so don't make the mistake I did! God bless your family!

This institution is a disgrace; they mistreat minority children. My son received stars for his test scores and grades, yet was not allowed to join in the fun time because he laughed in class. Where is this acceptable? They accused him of harming another child, yet there was no proof this occurred - everyone who knows my son will vouch for his meek and mild demeanor. Every time I've gone to this school, only Hispanic and black children were present in the office. DO NOT send your kids here! They will be labeled as problem children, mistreated, suspended - you will be called and emailed incessantly for trivial matters. This is by far the worst school I have ever encountered in my life.

I am delighted to have chosen Ethos as a school for my son! The staff and his teacher show immense commitment towards him, as well as all their other students. I am grateful he is at Ethos!
