Parents often act like idiots; they don't know how to wait in line or follow parking lot directions. However, my daughter's teacher is fantastic and she loves her head start class. It's my opinion that there should be an aptitude test for parents before sending their children to school.

This school is a disgrace; my child was verbally and mentally abused all year but the teacher still has a job. For years, a drug dealer served as a coach and the food is toxic. Teachers are rude and don't care about the students; every positive comment on here is false. Sunnyslope will never change because these people hold the city's future in their hands. Additionally, I'm not the only parent this has happened to - beware of Mrs. Van Warden, she's cruel and needs to be let go.

I was only employed at this school for two years, but my daughter attended from 2nd grade and graduated. The teachers and staff are amazing - it's the best school ever!

This public high school is exemplary, with great teachers and administrators, an impressive athletic program, and a variety of clubs. Highly recommended!
