For the past 6 years, my children have been attending Magma Ranch K-8. As two of them now prepare to graduate from high school, I am thankful for the excellent base education they received at this school. Both of my kids are accepted into college/university and were granted scholarships - all thanks to the teachers' commitment to their education and well-being. In a word, I adore Magma Ranch!

My son was recently bullied and I am very disappointed in the school's response. I contacted the office, then transportation, but neither of them called me back. To show how bad it was, here is a picture of my son's eye after he was hit yesterday by a bully. It is clear that no one at this school is doing anything to stop kids from bullying each other.

This school is absolutely dreadful. The principal and assistant principal clearly favor their own children, allowing them to be bullies without consequence. I would give it zero stars if I could; do not send your child here! I'd even travel to Gilbert just to keep my kids away from the Florence School District. My two children were in this school and, boy, do I regret it now. The only pros are Mrs. Larson and Mrs. Van De Camp; the second-grade teacher and special ed teacher have done excellent work with my daughter with special needs--they're the only reason she was still there until the school removed my son without notifying me beforehand! To add insult to injury, they wanted to punish my kids after I defended them while their own little criminals never face any consequences. The administration is complete trash; despite believing in their values of what they preach, this school is all talk and no action--I'm anticipating its closure soon enough!

All of my kids who have graduated so far really liked this school. Mr. Perez is an incredible Principal! I'm a huge fan of it.
