Being a part of the Dysart Unified District for over 23 years has shown what true leadership, transparency, and teamwork look like. Dysart is financially responsible and award winning. They make sure to do everything with transparency at heart and with the best intentions. They also work with their staff and community by keeping students at the center of every decision and conversation.

0 stars for their ability to help parents during this strange time. Everybody class action these people and break their free ATM machines. No more free money to an unresponsive and broken system. Defund and Class Action Lawsuit for students with disabilities and compromised immune systems. They are about to ruin more than a year of your childs education. A district only notable for its failure at retention and low payed teachers. The mask just slipped, so take a look at the monsters. Erase the school boards and get rid of public schooling. With the class actions, they might have blown the wheels off their own system. #DismantleTheDepartmentOfEducation#VouchersForAll #PaycheckDepartment

I was recently an employee of this district . I had no idea what I was getting myself into. All I know is that I left one district that was more then 30 miles away and my thought was to work closer to home. Well the first thing that concerned me was that they don€™t pay you for your experience. So in that moment I should not have ever accepted employment. I rationalize with the idea that now I didn€™t have to spend so much on gas it would even out. I€™m a committed hard worker and where I had come from you could work as hard or hardly work it was up to you. Well my strategy was to work as much as I could so that I could afford my cost of leaving. I signed up for field trips, I decided to be a sped driver, and I was willing to work in other areas if necessary. I was utterly appalled at the fact they had already had their line up of people whom they would choose. What was most hurtful then that is the way they smiled at me I thought they really cared. I had so many bad experiences there in as little as 1 year 1/2. It reminded me of this saying to be aware of your surroundings. And with that being said I am no longer there after almost having heat stroke because they refused to accommodate me while driving a bus full of kids. I was fooled but not anymore. I€™m not surprised that their reviews reveals so much concern and the real sad part is that I€™m not even certain if anyone truly cares to do anything about it.

Both of my boys graduated from this High school. They both are really smart, and got a great education from Dysart. I am very proud of this school...

This school district is the worst Ive ever known of. I wish I had better school options without having to move. Los Angeles Unified School District is way better than Dysart. If the cost of living wasnt so high in California, I would definitely move back to make sure my son would receive a much better education!
