Zero stars for their assistance to parents during this unprecedented period. Let's gather together and destroy their "free" ATMs. No more money for a malfunctioning, unresponsive system. We must launch a class action lawsuit for students with disabilities and vulnerable immune systems; they're about to ruin an entire year of instruction. The school district is notorious for its poor retention rate and low-paid teachers; the mask is off so let's expose the monsters! Eradicate the school boards and get rid of public schooling - with these class actions, they might have just caused their own downfall. #DismantleTheDepartmentOfEducation#VouchersForAll #PaycheckDepartment

Having recently been an employee of the district, I had no clue what I would be up against. All I knew was that I had left a district located over 30 miles away in order to work closer to home. My initial worry was that they didn't compensate for my experience, but decided to stay due to not having to use as much gas money. As someone dedicated and hardworking, I wanted to make enough money so that my relocation cost would be covered. Hence, I signed up for field trips, became a sped driver and offered my services in any other area required of me. To my dismay, they already had their lineup of people picked out before smiling at me as if they cared – it hurt deeply. In less than 1 1/2 years there were so many negative experiences; it reminded me of the phrase "be aware of your surroundings". Eventually this led to me leaving after almost getting heat stroke from driving a bus full of kids without being provided with proper accommodations. It was clear that this place wasn't what it seemed; reviews revealed concerns which made the situation even sadder as no one seemed keen on doing anything about it either.

For over 23 years, Dysart Unified District has embodied the qualities of exemplary leadership, transparency and collaboration. Financially sound and highly awarded, they are devoted to making decisions that are transparently beneficial and centered around their students in partnership with the staff and community.

I am immensely proud of this school, as both of my boys graduated from here. Dysart gave them a brilliant education and they are both incredibly intelligent.

I cannot think of a worse school district than Dysart. If the cost of living in California was not so astronomical, I would relocate there to ensure my son got a much better education. The Los Angeles Unified School District is far superior to Dysart and it's a shame that I don't have other viable options without moving.
