The 1st grade teacher of my son was incredible, however the administration is incredibly strict if your child isn't an ideal angel. My son has several behavioral problems - he's expressive and highly sociable, but furthermore advanced in academics. He was even suspended three times for his conduct - making me miss work at the hospital to collect him. In addition, students are expected to stay silent in the corridors; conversation isn't permitted. It's not a place that well suit a social kid.

My children have attended this school since its inception and they have performed excellently; moreover, the curriculum and uniform regulations are a definite plus. On the other hand, the traffic situation is incredibly poor - exiting can take up to 40 minutes at times! 20-30 minutes is not unusual either, and there's no option to park on site and avoid queuing in the line. Adding parking space in the vacant lot north or having police close off a lane on 67th Street would be beneficial for clearing away traffic faster. All things considered, this is an exceptional school but its awful traffic must be carefully weighed when making your decision.

We are HUGE fans of Legacy in Glendale! Our kids were at another charter school before and the work there was so effortless that they were becoming uninterested. Legacy, however, provides them with difficult tasks that keep them on their toes and the teachers are incredibly committed. They really care about what is going on with our children - their mental state as well as their education. My younger daughter was having a hard time navigating the initial quarter since it was challenging and the instructors are strict, but come the end of the term we saw a remarkable improvement in her attitude towards it all and she ended up thriving! Bullying or misbehaving isn't tolerated at Legacy, as there is no time for such shenanigans; instead they focus solely on delivering quality education. The music program is also fantastic; this school overall promotes an excellent learning environment! We thank you all at Legacy for your tireless efforts to give our kids a great education!

Making the decision to enroll my child was the best choice I've ever made! There is zero tolerance for bullying and the kids are incredibly welcoming from their first day. The teachers are so caring and motivated - they have hearts of gold!

I removed my son from public school, and it has been a relief. His learning is now being supported in the classroom. Additionally, he can dress as he likes without fear of disapproval, which was not allowed in his previous school.
