The exterior of this facility may appear old and worn, yet the teachers are amazing. I moved my children here from KinderCare due to their focus on looks rather than childcare, and the improvement was evident right away. My kids thrived at Kids Village where they felt like part of a family throughout their many years there.

I would advise not to send your kids here because the accommodations are appalling. In the infant room, many of the substitute teachers neglect to wash their hands prior to touching the babies, which has caused them to become ill. The kitchen, which is adjacent to the infant room, is regularly covered in filth and overrun with cockroaches; however, due to certain influential connections they have managed a passing grade on health inspection. Lastly, the three year old's teacher is constantly scolding them harshly.

Do not think about sending your child to Kids Village - the staff are terrible! When I toured the facility, I was appalled by what I saw and heard. The workers were screaming at the kids, and it was very dirty. Bertha was especially unkind; under no circumstances would I leave my kid in this place. As someone who has a lot of experience with childcare and preschools, I will be sure to report this facility. If your child is already attending Kids Village, watch for any signs that they are feeling distressed or behaving unusually - if you observe anything like this, consider taking them out of this environment immediately.

I'm so fortunate to have had my older kids attend this daycare for 5 years and my younger two still attend. My son, who has emotional issues and is a bit on the autistic side, loves them and makes sure to give them kisses goodbye. It's wonderful that all the same women still work there. Miss Bertha is incredible; she helps with homework and ensures it gets returned home. Miss Raquel is likewise fantastic! All three of my children have attended these facilities; I wouldn't trust anyone else with them! I love the ladies here!

I have been going to this location for four years and feel confident recommending it to others. Bertha, Raquel, and Elena are excellent with the children and their popularity speaks volumes about the personnel. They are why I keep my kids at this facility.-)
