I am a professional writer (in the process of launching my first ebook project) and this school taught me the importance of reading. I have dubbed myself the 'library bandit' due to my love of traveling and exploring different library collections, even collecting library cards from different countries, including international ones. I wish to rectify my position as a minority person of color and one day be valued in society.
