I'm disappointed to see all these one-star reviews for Mirage. We've only been here a few months; my son completed one grade at the school already and is continuing there. The negative reviews seem unfair; I feel that Mirage offers a lot of support to students, like back-to-school bashes, the giving closet, before and after care, and events throughout the year. My son has adjusted well since we moved here--his teachers helped him transition easily--and he's doing above grade level in his subjects. Safety was also important to us; this school is secure. Our experience has been totally positive apart from the fact that school starts before 8am! That's why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Mirage has been such an asset that it's part of what keeps us in this area.

I'm currently in 6th grade at this school, and the food is terrible and there's a lot of stress. I have friends here, but overall it's not a good place. The only reason I'm staying is because of them – no other punctuation needed.

Many people claim that the principal is not good, however, I can attest to the fact that she isn't; due to my experiences while attending the school. There are still matters I find concerning; such as the mean remarks delivered by other children, which go unchecked by staff members.
