The receptionist at the front desk is incredibly ill-mannered and is always busy with her phone, the educators don't collaborate with parents, and the administrative staff is completely apathetic. If you are a working parent, don't even try to be involved - they structure their activities and meetings around the teachers and personnel. The anti-bullying protocol is a sham - they instruct kids to behave like sniveling informants and then don't take action to address the issue, and your child is the one that gets scolded for defending themselves. Countless families have removed their children from this so-called "charter school" this year (2018-2019)! The teachers don't teach, and when they give out homework, it is not at all suitable for the age group. It's basically a glorified daycare, and the employees don't want anything to do with the students. The school is unjust and they are prejudiced and prejudge kids.
